With the simultaneous use of Zoloft, Pregabalin and Trittico, there is a risk of worsening side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness or decreased concentration.

I would not recommend adding Trittico without a clear decision from your treating doctor, who knows your medical history and can assess the safety and validity of such a combination.
