Hello, 18 days ago I was put on a mirene IUD and I stopped taking the vibin mini hormonal anticoception. 2 weeks I bled similarly to my period, then 2 days practically nothing and again the bleeding was smaller than periodic but bigger than spotting. I don't have any more ailments, sometimes I feel my lower abdomen. Is everything good?

Irregular bleeding or spotting often occurs during the first months after the Mirena system is initiated. Lower abdominal pain is also a common side effect that has been reported with Mirena. Usually, side effects resolved within the first few months of system inception.
If the bleeding or spotting persists, intensifies or other worrying symptoms over time, consult your doctor.
