Hello, this morning I did a pregnancy test, after 5 minutes there was one line. It said to read up to 15 minutes and nothing appeared. Then the test started to turn yellow and a line appeared. What does it mean?

Usually, the result is visible within 1 to 5 minutes. Do not read the result more than 15 minutes after taking the test.
So if after 5 minutes 1 line appeared – the result should be considered negative. It means no pregnancy.
Later, the test was most likely already intensely soaked in urine – hence the yellow color. The test result should then no longer be read.
