Hello, can I use caramlo 8+5 mg and escipram? The first takes 1/2 in the evening and the second 1/2 in the morning. I don't know if they actually cause me a rash on the inside of my thigh near my groin. Since taking escipram at night, I have a small amount of blood in my saliva. Should I continue to take both of them?

As a general rule, Caramlo and Escipram do not interact clinically significantly and can be used together. Any of them, on the other hand, can cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them.
I encourage you to consult a doctor who will assess whether the ailments mentioned are related to the medications used. For example, a rash on the inside of the thigh near the groin can be an allergic reaction to the drug, but it can also be fungal. Blood in saliva after the night can result, for example, from an injury in the mouth or gingivitis and Escipram can increase the risk of bleeding.
