Can I put on a tampon and swim in the pool or use the jacuzzi after such a time?

It is usually recommended that the patient wait 7 days after inserting the IUD before returning to a full activity such as swimming. Such a procedure allows you to reduce the risk of possible infection. If you do not feel any discomfort, you can use a tampon and take a bath.
