The recommended dose is one capsule of silodosin of 8 mg per day. Some patients require a dose reduction to 4 mg. Any changes in dosage and treatment procedure should be discussed with your doctor. Higher doses than recommended may increase the occurrence of side effects, especially cardiovascular side effects.
