Bloating or abdominal pain are common side effects with Lanzul, affecting ≥1/100 to <1/10 patients. If you have not had them before, they are most likely related to the medication you are using. They should disappear spontaneously with the duration of treatment. However, if they do not go away or get worse, I recommend consulting a doctor.
