Any side effects you observe should be reported to your doctor who will decide on further action.

Symptoms such as excessive sweating or weakness may be a side effect of the patches or the interaction of the substance contained in the patch with other, concomitantly used medications.
If the symptoms worsen or do not go away within a few hours, you should consult a doctor, perhaps a specialist will decide to reduce the dose of the drug.
