The dosage method of Lorazepam depends on the reason for its use and the individual reaction of the body.
Usually, with a dose of 1 mg per day, it can be taken once in the evening (e.g. for sleep problems) or divided into two smaller portions if the symptoms of anxiety persist throughout the day.
The drug should be used exactly as prescribed by the doctor, as longer use (over 2-4 weeks) can lead to addiction and requires gradual withdrawal under the supervision of a specialist.
