Swelling of the ankle area is a common side effect of Norvasc, and allergic reactions are very rare. However, venous insufficiency has not been reported, although vasculitis may occur very rarely.
Tell your doctor about your symptoms, who will recommend appropriate treatment and assess whether all of the symptoms listed are actually related to Norvasc.
