Can I take iron and Enterosgel at the same time in the morning?

Enterosgel can be used while taking iron preparations, however, as Enterosgel may reduce iron absorption, do not take both preparations at the same time.

It is recommended to keep at least a 2-3 hour break between them. It is best to take iron in the morning on an empty stomach and Enterosgel at another time of the day, e.g. in the afternoon or evening. If you have been using it for a longer period of time, it is worth consulting a doctor to control your iron levels.
