Using both at the same time requires caution and should be consulted with a doctor.
Transtec (buprenorphine) acts on opioid receptors, and CBD oil can affect drug metabolism through liver enzymes (CYP3A4 and CYP2C9). This means that there is a risk of worsening the side effects of buprenorphine, such as drowsiness, dizziness or respiratory depression. The dose of 180 mg CBD/day is quite high, so extreme caution and control by a doctor is recommended.
It is also worth informing your doctor about the use of CBD so that they can monitor the effectiveness of the treatment and possible side effects. You should never change or discontinue medication yourself.
