Can I feel bad, I started taking neurotop, at night, 150mg, for a week, then I have to take 150mg in the morning and evening, then 150 in the morning and 300 in the evening, then 300x300.in addition, in the meantime I go down with Lavetiracetam 500mg, but I keep Lamilept in the DSWCE 2x175mg, can I have relapses and feel bad?? Dose of Neurotope 150 CXY does it work or only dose 300 starts to work??

The doctor must decide whether to increase the dose. This is usually done every 2-3 weeks.
The effect of the therapy is visible after 1-2 weeks of regular intake of Neurotop Retard.

Yes, you may feel worse during the period of switching from one drug to another and you may experience recurrence of seizures. A dose of 150 mg of Neurotop is only an initial dose and usually does not yet give a full therapeutic effect.
The effect of the drug becomes more pronounced at higher doses, e.g. from 300 mg upwards. If you notice an increase in your symptoms or if you experience seizures, contact your doctor urgently.
The doctor must decide whether to change the dosage method.
