Yes, you can. Hydrocortisonum-SF (hydrocortisone) may affect calcium metabolism and lower calcium absorption, so combining it with calcium supplements such as Calperos is often recommended to prevent calcium deficiency and osteoporosis during prolonged corticosteroid treatment.
However, you should keep a time interval between taking medications and supplements and tell your doctor about all the preparations you use to avoid interactions and side effects.
