Don't worry, in the situation described above, the risk of conception is negligible. Sperm are very sensitive to the environment, and saliva does not provide them with the conditions for survival. It has a different pH than seminal fluid and contains digestive enzymes that quickly damage sperm. Therefore, after a short contact with saliva, they lose their motility and ability to fertilize.
