It is difficult to assess when improvement may occur, as the response to medication is an individual matter for each patient. If you have the impression that the effect of the medication is too strong or the dose is reduced too rapidly, you should consult the doctor prescribing the treatment. According to the manufacturer's guidelines:

"If levetiracetam treatment is to be discontinued, it is recommended that it be gradually discontinued, e.g. in adults and adolescents weighing more than 50 kg: dose reduction by 500 mg twice daily, every two to four weeks."

If a faster reduction is poorly tolerated, the dose reduction procedure should be extended.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
