Can I combine Sulpiryd, Trittico and Nedal?

Good morning... For a week he has been taking Sulpiride hasco in a dose of 2x1 tablet 50 mg. Can I safely take 1/3 tablets with Nedal and Trittaco?.. the drug is taken for depressive disorders and neuroses .. I feel fatigue, tinnitus, as well as muscle pain. Is this normal? When should the improvement take place?

It is not recommended to combine Sulpiride with beta-blockers (Nedal) due to the risk of bradycardia. Additionally, the simultaneous use of Sulpiride and Trittico may increase the sedative effect, which increases fatigue and drowsiness.

The symptoms you describe (fatigue, tinnitus, muscle pain) may result from these interactions. Mood improvement in depressive and neurotic disorders usually occurs only after a few weeks of using the drug.

It is safest to contact your treating physician to evaluate your therapy and possibly adjust doses or change medications.
