Cartexan (chondroitin sulfate) used in osteoarthritis does not have a direct effect on blood pressure, so it is unlikely to raise blood pressure on its own.
The hypertension medications you are taking (Co-Pestarium – containing perindopril and amlodipine, and Indapen – indapamide) have a lowering effect, but if the blood pressure has increased despite this, the cause may lie elsewhere (e.g. diet, stress, interactions with other preparations or improper regularity of taking medication). It is worth making sure that antihypertensive drugs are taken as recommended and control blood pressure regularly. Please contact your treating doctor to discuss changing your blood pressure and possibly modifying your treatment.
