These symptoms may be due to starting treatment with Sertranorm. During the first days of treatment, patients very often experience a deterioration in well-being, manifested by e.g. agitation, insomnia, increased anxiety, hot flashes or palpitations. Start with the lowest possible dose (often doctors recommend dividing the tablet) and gradually increase the amount of medicine taken to reduce the risk of side effects. After 1-2 weeks, the situation should normalize on its own. You may also consider changing the time of taking the drug if it has a stimulating effect. A heart rate of 60 is considered normal. If you are diagnosed with cardiac disorders, you should contact your doctor.
