Yes, increasing the dose of Lamotrigine (Lamilept) may cause new or worsening side effects such as burning head, weakness or dizziness, even if the level of the drug in the blood is within the therapeutic range. Each body reacts differently to an increase in dose, and the severity of symptoms indicates that the current dosage may be too high for you.
