Can I split Beto 100 ZK tablet and take half in the morning and evening if I want to avoid too much pressure drop with 100 mg at a time?
I took Beto 50 zk in the morning and in the evening. The doctor prescribed me Beto 100 zk only in the morning so that I wouldn't have to take it twice a day. The problem is that in the morning I have normal blood pressure and heart rate. I'm afraid that I'll lower it very much by taking Beto 100 zk only in the morning. Can I share Beto 100 zk and take 1/2 tablet in the morning and evening?

Such modification of the dosage (2 x 1/2 tabl.) and the method of administration (morning and evening) of the drug requires consultation with the attending physician.
Beto ZK is an extended-release drug, which is why the doctor recommended taking it once a day - usually with breakfast. Theoretically, dividing the pill into two equal parts and taking it in the morning and evening is possible, but it misses the purpose of the doctor's recommendation. In this situation, it is worth consulting a doctor to confirm whether this dose division is appropriate in your case.
