Could storing Clexane in the refrigerator have damaged the preparation?
50.00 zł

Hello

I kept lex Clexane (anticoagulant) in the refrigerator for a few days. On the packaging and leaflet there was only the information "below 25C and do not freeze". However, I found out that the drug should be stored at room temperature (I live on the top floor and at high temperatures in the apartment it can be above 25C).
Did I ruin the medicine by storing it in the fridge?

Storing Clexane in the refrigerator will not impair its effect.

The manufacturer provides the following information:

"Do not store above 25°C. Do not freeze."

Therefore, any temperature below 25°C that does not cause the preparation to freeze is suitable for its storage.

You can use Clexane that has been refrigerated and the medication will work properly.
