Kostarox (etoricoxib) is a COX-2 inhibitor anti-inflammatory medicine that is mainly used for joint disease and inflammatory pain – it does not directly affect blood pressure or heart rate, but it can raise blood pressure in some patients, so it is important that your doctor monitors your health parameters during treatment with this medicine.
