Does methafen reduce the effectiveness of hormonal contraception?
I take limetic and sometimes my back hurts, I have to take metafen-dexketoprofenum once a day And I'm worried if it won't reduce the effect of contraception

Dexketoprofen does not affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception such as Limetic. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), including Metafen, have not been shown to affect the metabolism of hormones contained in the contraceptive pill. You can use it on an ad hoc basis as recommended.
