Hello, I had my last menstrual period around January 20, I don't remember exactly plus or minus two days, I forgot to mark it in my calendar, on the night of February 23 I had unprotected intercourse, on February 24 I took an ellaone tablet, it was about 30 hours, I should have my period in days, is there a risk of getting pregnant despite taking an ellaone tablet?

You took EllaOne as recommended by the manufacturer. The morning after pill is designed to delay or inhibit ovulation, but in the described case, ovulation probably took place earlier. I don't think there is a risk of getting pregnant, although it should be remembered that emergency contraception is less effective than pills intended for daily use. You may experience menstrual disturbances (e.g. bleeding other than usual, spotting, delayed periods) after taking Ellaone.
