Any medicine can cause side effects, but not everybody gets them. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict in advance whether and what side effects will occur in a specific person. They are most often mild, sometimes more severe or occur only at the beginning of therapy and disappear after stopping the drug.
The manufacturer is obliged to inform you of all known side effects in the drug leaflet, which should be read before taking the drug.
