Hello, can eating a Neapolitan pizza and drinking a glass of Coca-Cola an hour before taking the Liberelle contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness? Should I keep a longer time interval?

Yes, eating a hot/hot meal does not affect the effect of the medicine. A person is not able to take a meal with too high a temperature, due to the activation of pain stimuli.

Even if the pizza was hot?

Eating pizza with cola will not impair the effectiveness of Liberelle.

The contraceptive pill can be taken with or without a meal, as indicated in the product characteristics:

"Take 1 tablet at a time for the next 21 days, with food or with food, if necessary, with a little water."
