Oekolp is a drug used in the treatment of symptoms of estrogen deficiency in the vagina, pre- and postoperative treatment of postmenopausal women undergoing vaginal procedures, as well as a diagnostic aid in the case of a questionable cytological picture of a cervical smear. The preparation contains estriol, which is a hormone. It does not have an analgesic or anti-inflammatory effect. Therefore, the drug will not have a soothing effect on severe joint pain.
