Can Nedal be combined with other medicines?

Combining Nedal and Aldan is possible, e.g. if blood pressure is significantly elevated, but an appropriate and safe dosing regimen should be established. According to the manufacturer of Nedal: "Concomitant use with amlodipine may increase the risk of hypotension, and an increased risk of further deterioration of the chambers of the heart in patients with heart failure cannot be excluded."

I took alternates in the morning Aldan, in the evening Nedal but I read that these drugs should not be combined with what to take in the evening as in the morning I take Nedal, I take still trifas and millurit
