Is it possible for these pills to cause an increase in body temperature? In the evening and morning I have a normal and then it rises to about 37.2 and so it lasts for a few hours. I don't feel it somehow, I realized it by accident. Interestingly, painkillers/antipyretics do not work at this temperature. I've been measuring for a few days now and the same every day.

The side effects of Kontracept do not include an increase in body temperature/fever. Nevertheless, the hormones contained in contraceptive pills can affect a slight increase in body temperature. If the slightly elevated temperature is not accompanied by other disturbing symptoms, in my opinion there is no reason to worry. There is also no need to lower this type of temperature with antipyretics. Differences in temperature measurements may also result from the measurement technique or the thermometer used.
