Hello, I have been taking drovelis since the end of May.
I am in menopause and I need to keep my endometriosis under control.
A few months ago I forgot a pill and I got a kind of period. The gynecologist said it was normal if I forgot it. For 3 days I have started to feel pain in the ovaries and I have again a kind of cycle with red discharge, but this time I have not forgotten even a tablet. Should I be worried?

The occurrence of mid-cycle spotting after more than 6 months of using Drovelis should be consulted with the attending physician. Until then, irregular spotting and bleeding associated with the adjustment period to the use of the drug may occur. If you are unable to use a stationary visit, I encourage you to take a teleconsultation in Polish, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Ovarian pain and bleeding disorders may be among the side effects of Drovelis. I encourage you to report adverse drug reactions. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

I have attached a link to check the availability of Drovelis and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
