Feroplex can be used on an empty stomach (this is the preferred form of administration if the patient tolerates such drug intake). Lactoferrin improves iron absorption - it should be taken at the same time as Feroplex. I suggest taking B vitamins separately, at an interval from other preparations, with a meal or after a meal (this will avoid additional strain on the digestive tract).
