I take the Diana-35 contraceptive pill at 7 p.m., if I happened to take the pills a few days later 3/4 an hour later, hasn't the effectiveness decreased?
In addition, at the beginning or in the middle of starting a new package, the pill from the 28th day fell out and I took it on the same day as it happened, and I put the pill from the day I was supposed to take it to window 28, does it change anything in terms of effectiveness?

If you take the pill at the right time for the day, your contraceptive protection remains and you do not need to take an extra morning-after pill.
I'm sorry, I made a mistake, I put the tablet from the beginning or half of the blister to window 21, and there I took tablet 21 that day. And recently the last pill I put fell out of the blister to my cosmetic bag, will the effectiveness be maintained? I don't know if I should take the morning after pill. Because I understand that taking a pill 3, 4 or 5 hours later doesn't change anything?

Each tablet of Diane-35 has the same composition, so it doesn't matter which one was swallowed. Numbering tablets or marking the days of the week on the blister is to make it easier for patients to control their drug intake. Changing the order of the pills will not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
Delays in taking the pills of 3-4 hours will also not affect their effect, but - as a rule - it is better to take contraception at fixed times in the long term.
