Good morning, I suffer from adhesion syndrome which has led me to 8 surgeries in 4 years.
I know there is nothing to do but I had two drugs prima.il debridat for 3 months then now ilevopraid... But I'm torn because I think they are two different drugs.
Could you help me clarify?

If you have any doubts about the recommended treatment, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. The prescribed drugs Debridat and Levopraid have completely different compositions and have different therapeutic effects.
Debridat contains trimebutin, which regulates peristalsis in each section of the gastrointestinal tract. The drug has an antispasmodic effect and alleviates bowel disorders in the symptomatic treatment of e.g. motility and intestinal disorders associated with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, pain associated with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and bile ducts.
Levopraid contains levosulpiride, which is m.in a prokinetic agent. It is effective in the treatment of, for example, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), abdominal discomfort – tenderness, pain, loss of appetite, indigestion (indigestion), heartburn, constipation, loose movements, etc., irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), unexplained headaches, especially after meals.
The preparations affect various receptors. Medications should be used as directed by your doctor. The decision to propose a specific treatment is made by the doctor after reviewing the patient's medical history.
