Is it possible that 2 weeks after application Diprophos Does the skin around my mouth burn?
I am 2 weeks after being given an injection of Diprophos for pusitis. For several days I have been feeling a big burning sensation in my mouth, as if it were burned. The same is true on the tongue and around the lips.
Could this be a side effect of the injection?

In rare cases, Diprophos can cause swelling of the face, tongue or throat, itching or burning of the skin. If the symptoms intensify or do not go away despite the passage of time - I recommend consulting a doctor. Your doctor can assess whether these are reactions to the medicine and whether further steps are needed, such as stopping treatment or taking an antihistamine.
