I use Ginoring on a daily basis. She would like to start supplementation with the WellMe supplement from Helath Labs. Can these two drugs be combined? Will contraceptive protection be maintained?

The contraceptive ring should be placed deep in the vagina, but the exact place is not important – it is enough to make it imperceptible and comfortable. It does not need to be corrected after urination, as the bladder does not affect its position. If you have long nails, the risk of damaging the disc is minimal because it is made of durable material. It is important to avoid very sharp nail edges to prevent accidental irritation of the mucous membranes.

I've never used a Contraceptive Ring (NuvaRing and Ginoring.) I have a question: how far should I put it? And if I pee, do I have to correct it to go deeper ? Should I put it in the same place as the tampon or deeper?
If I have long nails, am I able to scratch this disc and this way I can be less effective contraception?

Yes, you can use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna (steam and dry), as well as cold showers or swimming pools with a contraceptive ring on.
A contraceptive ring (e.g. NuvaRing) is designed to stay in the vagina, even when swimming, using a jacuzzi or other activities. Water (including chlorinated, salt, or thermal) should not affect its effectiveness or durability. Sauna (both steam and dry) does not directly affect the puck.
And I can go to the swimming pool, swim in the pool or jacuzzi
or go to a steam or dry sauna where it is hot and then enter a cold pool or a cold shower alternately?
I mean, how do I put on my contraceptive ring?
