Do you continue to take Mirzaten if you experience side effects?

I took mirzaten for the first time a quarter of 30 mg.after an hour severe drowsiness and hunger. But at night I woke up at 3 and did not fall asleep anymore.

Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
