If 5 weeks have passed since the intercourse, in the meantime you have had your menstrual period and the pregnancy tests come out negative, I do not suppose that you are pregnant.

5 weeks after conception, a possible pregnancy will also be visible in an ultrasound examination, which can be performed in a gynaecologist's office.
Please also bear in mind that in order for fertilization to occur, intercourse should end with ejaculation in the vagina and you should be in the ovulation phase of the menstrual cycle. Then the chances of conception are the highest.
