In terms of evidence, there are no significant interactions between Epclusa (sofosbuvir and velpatasvir) and Zoloft (sertraline), but you should inform your doctor if you have a concomitant HCV infection.
Zoloft is a prescription product. After taking a medical history, the doctor will be able to decide whether to include this preparation in the therapy. Tell your doctor if you are taking any other medicines or have any medical conditions.
Keep in mind that all medicines can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. Before taking the medicine, it is advisable to read the leaflet, which I enclose below:
