If you take the pill by less than 12 hours, your contraceptive protection is not reduced. A woman should take the missed tablet as soon as she remembers and take the next tablets at the usual time.
If you take the tablet by more than 12 hours, your contraceptive protection may be reduced.
You should take the missed tablet as soon as you remember. This means taking up to 2 tablets at the same time.
After that, you should continue to take your tablets at the usual time of the day. For the next 7 days, you should also use barrier contraceptive methods, e.g. condoms.
