Can I experience seizures, weakness and high blood pressure at the beginning of treatment with Oroes?

I started taking oroes from Sunday, so far I have half a pill and after two days I was supposed to take it all over, but I'm scared because today at 4 a.m. I woke up, I had seizures, high blood pressure that later dropped when I calmed down, feeling cold, weakness and I'm feeling sick, terribly are these normal symptoms?

For the first 2-3 weeks after starting treatment with SSRIs (which include Oroes), there may be a temporary deterioration in well-being. You may notice an increase in anxiety and depressive symptoms, palpitations and anxiety. In case of epileptic seizures or persistent cardiac arrhythmias, medical consultation is recommended. Usually, after two weeks from the start of the treatment, the symptoms associated with the start of the treatment disappear; A progressive improvement in mood is also observed. If the initial symptoms make it difficult to function normally, your doctor may prescribe additional medications to help alleviate your symptoms.
