Can you combine Tizanor with Tertensif SR and Amlopin?

The neurologist prescribed me Tizanor 2mg one tablet at night. I take Tertensif SR in the morning for hypertension and after 2h Amlopin 10mg. Can I take these medications safely, without worrying about a significant drop in blood pressure? The GP said there shouldn't be any problems.

Combining these drugs can cause a significant drop in blood pressure. The body's reaction should be observed. Blood pressure values should be monitored regularly. If you experience weakness, dizziness or headache, consult your doctor.
