Can the contents of the Trec Multipack Sport Sport Day/Night formula capsule be poured out and consumed with water?

I have a question about a specific product.

It's about the multivitamin supplement Trec Multipack Sport Day/Night formula (link: https://www.trec.pl/multipack-sport-day-night-formula.html).

It turned out that the capsules were large and I was not able to swallow them. Is it possible to dissolve the capsule or open it and take the powder itself with water? There is nothing mentioned on the leaflet about the recommended way to take it.

After analysing the composition of these products and taking into account the fact that the active substances are contained in a gelatin capsule and the preparation has an immediate-release form, I do not see any contraindications to pouring out the contents of the capsule and swallowing the powder with water.
