I was 3 days late with the change of 2 Evra patches - what should I do now?

Please tell me, the first, the second plaster glued on time, the third was 3 days late, forgot quite 🤦🏼 ♀️ how to be? Stick a new one and be without a break, or stick 7 days count down and make a 7 day break?

If more than 48 hours have passed since you were scheduled to change the patch, start a new cycle, i.e. apply a new patch as soon as possible (this day will now be the day you change the patch) and continue to apply the next patches until the end of the pack. Do not take a break in between. For the next 7 days from the moment of delay, it is necessary to use additional protection (condom).
