If the first dose of duloxetine was well tolerated, can side effects appear later?

If the first dose of duloxetine was well tolerated, side effects such as dizziness or nausea may also set in later and if so, will they pass when the body has become accustomed to the drug?

Thank you very much

Yes, the side effects of Duloxetine do not always appear immediately after the first dose. These may occur later in the course of treatment. Many side effects may go away after some time as the body gets used to the drug, but this is an individual trait that is difficult to predict.

In some cases, side effects may go away on their own after a few days or weeks as your body adjusts to the treatment. However, if these symptoms persist or bother, it is important to tell your doctor about your experience. Your doctor may adjust your dosage, recommend other medications, or suggest other strategies to manage possible side effects.
