Is 40 mg of Revival too high? When does Indapen start working and is it safe? What reviews are there for Telmizek?

Hello, please let me know if REVIVAL at a dose of 40 mg is safe. The doctor recommended me at such a high dose at the beginning of the treatment. What side effects can be after taking this drug.
Is Indapen safe and how long does it take for the treatment to take effect. What do you think about Telmizek, what are your opinions after taking it.

1. If you take 40 mg of Revival, you will not exceed the maximum daily dose. Blood pressure values should be monitored in case of hypotension.
According to the manufacturer: "In patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled at this dose, the dose of olmesartan medoxomil may be increased to 20 mg once daily (optimal dose). If further reduction in blood pressure is required, the dose of olmesartan medoxomil may be increased to a maximum daily dose of 40 mg or additional treatment with hydrochlorothiazide may be initiated. The blood pressure lowering effect of medoxomil olmesartan is significantly observed within 2 weeks of initiation of treatment and is maximised approximately 8 weeks after initiation of treatment."

2. The effect of Indapen develops gradually, the maximum reduction in blood pressure may not occur until several months after starting treatment.

According to the manufacturer of Indapen:

"Doses higher than 2.5 mg of Indapen per day are not recommended as this will not further lower blood pressure and the diuretic effect may be increased. If 1 tablet a day of Indapen does not lower your blood pressure sufficiently, your doctor may take other antihypertensive medicines."

The most commonly reported adverse reactions are hypokalaemia (potassium deficiency), hypersensitivity reactions, mainly affecting the skin, in people prone to allergies and asthmatic reactions, and macular papular rashes.
