When should you see an improvement after using Eludril and Chlorquinaldin for oral mycosis?

During antibiotic therapy (purulent angina) I developed mycosis of the oral cavity. I rinse eludrill and take chlorquinaldin. When should there be an improvement?

If there is no improvement after 2-3 days of treatment, it will be advisable to consult a doctor and use stronger antifungal agents available on prescription.
