Whether Hyrimoz causes psoriasis?

I did the organic for two years, I had no psioriasis in the body, at some point it manifested itself in some parts of the scalp and eyes and some on the hands, I had to stop it, and the dermatologist gave me reumaflex 15 and then 10, because he says it was a side effect of the biological drug HiRIMOZ 40

Hyrimoz is a preparation containing adalimumab that acts on the body's immune system. The product is used, m.in, in the treatment of psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, arthritis. Side effects include, m.in, injection site reactions, headaches, stomach aches, muscle pain, rash, nausea and vomiting. A full description of the side effects of the medicine can be found in the package leaflet. So far, no psoriasis has been reported after the use of the drug.

The doctor's prescribed Reaumaflex contains methotrexate with anti-inflammatory effects, m.in, affecting the body's immune system. The product is used, m.in, in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease. Side effects include stomatitis, indigestion, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhoea, rash, headache, drowsiness, m.in.
