What to do if I have a poor tolerance Sorbifer And how to combine it with lactoferrin?

Good afternoon. The doctor prescribed me to take sorbifer durules 2t. 2 times a day. But I have severe iron indigestion (vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain...). It was advised to take it together with laktoferyn. How do I take them together so that there is an effect??

It may be a good idea to take the medicine with a meal - this will reduce the risk of gastrointestinal disorders. If the symptoms persist, it is worth consulting a doctor and choosing another iron preparation, e.g. liquid.

Iron and lactoferrin can be taken at the same time (at the same time).
