my doctor told me after a gastroscopy that I should take pylera 3 times a day (morning, noon and evening), but on the package it says that you should take a lot of times a day and I am now confused. Thank you in advance

According to the package leaflet, Pylera should be taken 4 times a day for 3 capsules for a total of 12 capsules per day. If you have any doubts about the recommended dosage of Pylera, I encourage you to consult your doctor.
The capsules should be swallowed whole while sitting down with a full glass of water (250 ml) to avoid irritation. Do not lie down immediately after taking Pylera.
In addition, a proton pump inhibitor drug should be prescribed for therapy, e.g. omeprazole/pantoprazole.
